Notice of Extraordinary General Assembly

Pursuant to the directive of the Ministry of Youth and Sports requiring all federations to convene their General Assemblies prior to August 15, 2025, the Tunisian Kendo League hereby announces the convening of its Extraordinary General Assembly, to be held as follows:

Time: 5:30 PM

Venue: Headquarters of the Tunisian Kendo League

49 Rue de Marseille, 1001 Tunis

Participation Guidelines

The following are invited to attend:

One (1) voting representative per Kendo Club, who must be either the President, Vice President, or a duly authorized proxy bearing an official delegation letter signed by the Club President.

Each voting representative may be accompanied by one observer.

Member Clubs unable to attend in person may be represented by proxy, provided that the signed delegation letter is submitted in advance to the Secretary General of the Tunisian Kendo League.

The newly elected Executive Board will officially assume its duties during the General Assembly of the Tunisian Judo Federation.
